If you rent one of our properties from us, you can expect the full benefit of a 24 hour emergency helpline, a high standard of maintenance provided by contractors we work closely with, compliance with all legislation and safety regulations and a fast response to any issues raised.

Once your tenancy comes to an end, you can expect to receive and efficient move out service, including the prompt return of your deposit once agreed.

To apply for one of our properties, you will need to provide a completed application form, a copy of photographic ID, an employment reference, bank reference, current/previous landlord reference and a character reference. All circumstances are considered.
